Problem Description

Issue

After a sudden server crash, I’ve reopened the server but a friend of ours, using the nickname Rvb802 can’t enter anymore, also, the server.properties file, does not save.

The error code when our friend tries to enter the server:

com.mojang.authlib.gameprofile[id=,name=rvb802,properties={},legacy=false]

Reproduction Steps

  • Server crashed
  • Opened the server normally
  • Friend can’t enter
  • Close the server normally
  • tries to change server.properties
  • Open the server normally
  • Server.properties does not save and friend can’t enter still

first all changes you need to do to the server.properies, you do via the panel UI. Second what errors are you getting inside the minecraft instance console about them joining onto your server
