Problem Description

Issue

The Game Port is still red and i cant join/see the Server at the list. I checked the Port forwarding (fine), the Firewall Settings (fine configurated by APP; also treid to fully disable firewall) and i also tried to swap the Port to another open one. All of this doesnt work.

Reproduction Steps

  • First i installed the Icarus instance.
  • Updated the Instance to be sure, that the Installation will be up to date.
  • Configured a few Settings at the AMP Settings tab (just Name & password and things like that)
  • Start the server (the Game Port icon is red all the time)
  • Try to find the Server and try to connect with IP or Name. (both wont work)

EDIT :
I tried to start the server manually (per .exe) & this works fine. I can connect to the server & all works. So the problem seems to be at AMP Side.

Im new at AMP & it feels bad for me that i need to ask at a Forum for Solutions… Feels like free Github Software, not like paid one  I hope the Dev’s will also help at Forum posts.

Did you ever get a response or find a solution? I’m in the same position.

thanks

Was there any update on this?

I am also hitting this exact same issue.

I had a smilar issue with Palworld. Check any config files you can find in the server files for any incorrect port information. Also what does AMP console for the game server say when starting?

Not all games will show as green on the game port until someone tries to connect. Especially if there is a query port that shows as green.
