Problem Description
Issue
Server is experiencing lag issues, with players, npcs, and mobs all lagging and rubberbanding. Takes multiple attempts to log into the server even after restarts. CPU usage keeps spiking and dropping like crazy.

- Logged Into Server, realized issue
- Restart Server
- Logged into Server again, issue persists
