Connectivity Problem with Foundry Virtual Tabletop - Users can't connect to from outside

Problem Description

Issue

No matter what I do it’s simply impossible for a user outside my network to connect, all ports have been forwarded, firewall rules created, reinstalled, installed. Nothing works.

Tried:

  • Port Forwarded in Router
  • Checked Firewall Settings
  • Tried UPnP

Are they using your public IP and the right port? Have you been able to host any other services/games that can be accessed externally?
