Problem Description
Issue
Server was working fine until a few days ago after I rebooted the ESXi server running it. Once rebooted, Instance started up fine but I couldn’t find it in the Enshrouded server list. After some troubleshooting, I created a new Enshrouded instance to make sure there were no network issues on my end. That server is visible and joinable in Enshrouded… same settings as the original. I’m not sure what happened but all of my gameplay is on the original server. Its worth noting that I tried updating the original server and it stalls at “SteamCMD Download” step, no download starts and it does not progress from there. SFTP and Query port both green as usual (game port red as usual)
ESXi server running Windows Server 2022
None of my other instances such as ARK are available to join from in game either.
Reproduction Steps
- start server
- start instance
- load game and look for server
