Problem Description
Issue
No issues with the 1.27 update but once 1.28 update came around my current instance wouldnt load in due to not updating to 1.28. deleted all instances and started fresh all but when we go to load in the load bar stops about half way and stays there

- Updated Server
- restart instance
- Deleted Instance Started Fresh
