Connectivity Problem with Conan Exiles - Unable to connect to server External IP and Internal IP

Problem Description

Issue

Despite having the Firewall Port forwarded for the server noone is able to connect to the server either locally or externally.

Reproduction Steps

  • Attempt to connect to the game server on hosted IP
  • Logged into VPN and attempted to connect to the server via Local IP
  • Verified ports and restarted entire network. Then repeated Steps 1 and 2

So from the AMP panel, the instance shows “running”, right? You’ve forwarded all the ports listed in the instance to the server (make sure they match)? If so:

Make sure you have the ports open on the server as well if so. If you can’t connect via LAN either, it has to be either an issue with that machine blocking the connection.
