Problem Description

Issue

I created an instance as usual, I try to connect to the server but it is not accessible… I decided to check the firewall rules and it turned out that it did not create rules.
In the settings, the option Exclude rule creation is disabled.

Reproduction Steps

    1. Create Instance (Valheim)
    1. Update Instance
    1. Start Instance
