Problem Description
Issue
I have adjusted the time to -6 UTC Central time US and the times in the logs and the daily restarts are not correctly happening at the time they should be.
Reproduction Steps
- Created the server and adjusted the settings
- After configuring to -6 I save and then hit update and nothing happens
- Restarted the entire instance manager and the server computer itself with no fix
