Problem Description

Issue

I have tried the above multiple times, without success. I have gone into the “server.properties” file to try and modify, however the new seed number that I place in the server settings shows up there as well. Every time I go into the game, however it is still the default seed that I am spawned into.

Reproduction Steps

  • Start New Instance, Change Seed from “PoweredbyCubeCoders” to a random number
  • Stop and Restart Instance
  • Instance is still at default seed (-447167) despite new seed saving and showing up in “server settings”

Have you deleted the world? The seed only applies when generating a new world.
