Problem Description
Issue
When trying to install spigot for my new Minecraft: Java Edition instance I get an error reading “Download / Update failed : The tools path ‘./Minecraft/spigotbuild’ contains an invalid character.” I’ve checked for that path in the file manager and using WinSCP and nothing shows up.
Reproduction Steps
- Create a new instance
- Go through the initial setup for Minecraft Java Edition
- Go to configuration and change the Minecraft options to “Spigot” and the Spigot version to “1.20”
- Click on Download/Update
