Problem Description

Issue

Hey,

The minecraft modded Environment I installed needs runtime of Java15. Available for selection are 8,11,17,18 and 21. Is there a way to install the Version 15? I tried all others but cannot get it cleanly running.

Thanks for any response in advance.
Cheers

Reproduction Steps

  • Install Minecraft modpack “crazy Craft updated”
  • Select and update correct forge versions (tripple checked that versions.)
  • Start the server with all available java versions. It runs with versions 8 and 11 but crashes when I join

I created a ticket for hostinger game panel (which I pay) and got redirected here. Is this the correct place? Because the problem is specificly for hostinger … .

Correct, this is not Hostinger support. They don’t set the support URL correctly so it defaults to here.
If the server fully starts fine on Java 8 or 11 then it’s probably a mod issue. If the pack devs say it needs Java 15 however, you can disable docker for that instance, then install Java 15 on the Linux VPS that Hostinger gave you. (might need to refer to their support for that bit)
