Configuration with Minecraft - can't change server property

Problem Description

Issue

i cant permanently change server properties, always goes back to default.
like i cant change “online-mode=false” and “pvp=true”

Reproduction Steps

• 1. change then restart
• 2. change, save option on server properties, then restart
• 3. reset server, start over, change, save option on server properties, restart

You change settings via AMPs interface, not via the server.properties.
