Problem Description

Issue

I have a Minecraft Bedrock server that has “enable-lan-visibility=true” in the settings, but when restarting the server for backups or updates “enable-lan-visibility=false”.

Reproduction Steps

  • Set LAN Visibility to TRUE when creating the world
  • Restarting the World sets enable-lan-visibility=false
  • Manually setting enable-lan-visibility=true in server.properties temporarly fixes the issue.

AMP deliberately sets this as false since if it is enabled, the server by default listens on 19132 regardless of what port is actually set for the server, which can cause conflicts with other servers and confusion because the set port won’t be listening (if different)

Is there a way to disable this? I have it functioning just fine with it enabled when it does work.
