Problem Description

Issue

All ports show green, but the Game port shows red. People are still able to connect to the instance, but lately have been having issues randomly. Game is still in EA and a shut down, update and restart fixes the issues. My question though if the ports are forward correctly, why does the game port show red. Also if it is red, why does it allow people to connect?
SFTP Port TCP ---- GREEB
Game Port Both — RED
Query Port Both — GREEN

Reproduction Steps

  • Stop server
  • update server
  • restart server

I am looking for an answer to this as well as I have exactly the same issue.

I’ve even changed the game port to another port and udpated my forwarding rule.

Still red.

Ditto here. I have a Unifi UDM router with port FW to exactly those ports, and still GREEN/RED/GREEN.
