Problem Description
Issue
I have the advanced license for AMP but there is no option for Webhooks, Either this has changed or your documentation is not up to date with the current version
Reproduction Steps
- Go to Configuration
- Click on External services
- No web hook option just SMTP and Pushbullet
as you can see I have advance edition with the key but I get this error
Licence Upgrade Required
Webhook Recievers are available in AMP Professional, Advanced and Enterprise Editions
You can upgrade at any time via your Licence account.
OS: Windows Server 2025 (fully updated)
AMP Version: [your version]
Licence: AMP Advanced Edition (Lifetime)
Symptoms: Licence activates and counts toward usage, but Webhook Receivers show “Licence Upgrade Required”.
Steps tried: Restarted AMP, re-added licence, confirmed outbound HTTPS.
Request: Please reset/rebind licence and confirm Server 2025 compatibility or provide a hotfix.
