Problem Description
Issue
Hi there, I’m unable to backup my instance in any way, i tried some other solution found in the forum such as putting to sleep the game server and such but nothing worked. In the AMP Logs it says 'Creating ____ backup" but no other activity is seen anywhere so no progress bar in the notification area in the web interface and no disk or cpu activity from AMP in the task manager (also when browsing in the explorer backup folder the backup size remain 0.0)

Reproduction Steps
- Try to backup the istance both with a schedule and manually
- Tried to upgrade AMP
- Tried to delete all previous backups
