Problem Description

Issue

I am trying to create an Minecraft Java instance with the Forge 1.16.5 but after accepting the EULA it does not start and show “Unable to start” on red at the top right of the window. It happens on other versions too but the newest version seems to work. I really need the 1.16.5 to work, hope you can help me with that.

Reproduction Steps

    1. Create an Minecraft Java instance, select Do Nothing and create it.
    1. Go to Minecraft configuration and select forge and the forge-36.2.42 (mc 1.16.5), then press install/update
    1. Start the server and accept the EULA, then the Error shows up.
