Problem Description
Issue
I have AMP installed on two different servers as I wanted one to operate as just a dashboard and I wanted the other to be the actual host for the game servers.
I have spun up a Project Zomboid server and a Minecraft Java Edition server several hours earlier, but when I try to select the ‘Manage’ option from the ADS controller, the instance just blinks for a while and then does nothing. If I select ‘Manage in a new tab,’ a new tab opens and I get an error saying the AMP backend does not appear to be working.
Reproduction Steps
- Spin up a new instance on a second AMP server from the ADS Controller console.
- Select the manage option from the instance menu.
- Select ‘manage in a new tab’ option.

Happened into the Console screen and saw this. It seemed relevant, but I do not know what to make of it.
