Problem Description

Issue

old server had too little ram so i moved to another one with more ram. Wanted to save the progress i had made already so i tried to use the backup of the old server and upload it into the new server but it isnt working

Reproduction Steps

  • i created a backup of a minecraft server
  • then i created a new instance
  • how do i restore the backup in the new instance?

Upload the backup to the new instance’s backups folder, then stop+start the instance via the main panel. It should then add the backup to it’s backups list and you should be able to restore it from there.
