Problem Description
Issue
I want to make the server avaliable to tlauncher users but the video (https://youtu.be/4uzpHQsufR8?si=wdOP-mpHuz7M05H6) i am watching has completely differnt settings than of mine and seem to be much simpler i want to make the server paper to add plugins and turn on offline-mode but whenever i do the server.properties get resest
