Problem Description
Issue
I’m trying to configure some user to manage dedicated instances.
i’ve created a user and role in the instance i want to be manage.
The user cannot connect to the ADS main page for instance management (port 8080 by default)
If i try to connect to the instance (8081 port) the web page is not reachable.
I’m running version 2.6.5.2 - 20260128.2 on windows server 2022.
Port are forwarded and open on the firewall, is there any configuration i’m missing there?
Reproduction Steps
- Create new user at game instance level
- Configure game instance level role with right set to manage only game parameters
- connect to the game instance form local network ==> OK
- connect remotely ==> NOK
