Conan Exiles Enhanced Schedule not detecting new players

OS Name/Version: Debian 13

Product Name/Version: AMP 2.7.2.2

Problem Description: On a new Conan Exiles Enhanced server that is running just fine, adding “When a new player joins/leaves” triggers along with Send message to Discord channel…

When a player joins or leaves, the message is not passed through the webhook into Discord chat. The same webhook does function for state changes (restarting etc)

Steps to reproduce:

  • Step 1
Setup the trigger and discord webhook
  • Step 2
Join the server / leave the server

Actions taken to resolve so far:

Toggling on/off the trigger
Triggering other items with the same webhook (which do work)
The console does “see” new players join and leave
On the Instances page Exiled Enhanced servers always show 0/40 players

my AMP instance not even see players on server maybe thats your problem too always 0 player online in AMP

we reeally need a Fix for that player problem

New to amp, but I have noticed the same thing as described above. Shows 0 users, nothing console based is triggering (IE user logs in, user says something in chat). I can test these schedules and they do post the webhook fine. I see the users join and messiages in chat via the console.

I wonder if they need to update the regex mapping being done with enhanced edition?

maybe but we still get no fix for it what make shedule for updates not posible becase it restart if player on server

The logging format was changed with Enhanced, and there don’t appear to be any suitable log lines for players joining and leaving that link together and that AMP can use

what about this “LogServerStats: Status report. Uptime=41760 Mem=43256946688:68613468160:9928290304:11607052288 CPU=4.932206:59.186474 Players=0 FPS=17.40:33.71:73.10 NPC_AILOD=4:9:15:13082 B_AILOD=5:0:0:40 P_AILOD=60:0:0:422”

that change the players numbers if players are on server!!!

that way we can see if and how many players are online for schedule restarts and update

No, AMP works on the basis of tracking individual players joining and leaving

but I need so see if player online too for schedules for updates and restarts

I see logs for logins for individual users as well as chats that I mentioned earlier. Going to censor it a bit.

[2026.05.07-14.42.45:308][893]LogNet: Join succeeded: {users steam name}

Is there information missing that would make this possible? Other webhooks like chat don’t appear to be working either, despite there being logs for that as well.

Yes, you are missing a leave log that can link to an identifier on the join log

Don’t you think this has actually been looked into?

Anyway, I’ve added regex to match on steamID, the only option. If it doesn’t give the ideal results, blame Funcom xD

Thanks for the clarity!

I am pretty new to amp so this is the first time I’ve ran into an issue like this. Since this forum was the only thing I could find on the issue I was not sure how known/reviewed it was.

Appreciate you looking into it.

after last update of the instance uptime not running and all ports show not listening

and no enemy spawn anymore after update instance
