I am experiencing an issue with my AMP instance where all server and instance files are present. I can start and stop the instances, but the servers themselves do not launch, and AMP does not recognize what games they are associated with. Additionally, it is not assigning ports to them. While I can log into AMP from another computer, I encounter difficulties accessing it locally, receiving an error message prompting me to check if AMP is running.
To troubleshoot, I have:
- Verified that the AMP service is running and restarted it manually.
- Checked the AMP logs for errors or unusual behavior.
- Restarted AMP via the command line using
ampinstmgr restartall
. - Ensured that Windows Firewall and antivirus settings are not blocking AMP.
- Confirmed that all instance files remain intact in
C:\AMP\Instances\
. - Reviewed the Windows Event Viewer for any relevant errors.
