Character Transfer Issue in ARK Cluster Setup on Ubuntu 20.04.6

I’ve set up a cluster for ARK: Survival Evolved, and while the clustering seems to work, my character is not being transferred between servers. I’ve followed all the steps in the ARK: Survival Evolved Guide precisely, but the issue persists.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that every time I restart the server, the GameUserSettings.ini file changes and doesn’t save the information I’ve entered.
