Product Name/Version: Hostinger “Phobos” v2.6.1.2
Problem Description: I am having issues uploading a modpack to my server, so I was going to submit a support ticket for help. After filling out all the information, I was unable to submit the ticket. My issue is that the create ticket button does not work, and it gives no indication of it working. After speaking to Hostinger support, they directed me to the forums about how to submit my support ticket.
Steps to reproduce:
- Step 1 Open control panel in AMP
- Step 2 Press on support and updates button
- Step 3 FIll out all information and attempt to submit
Actions taken to resolve so far: Reach out to Hostinger support, who told me to restart PC, update browser, and use an incognito browser, none of which worked.
