Cant launch instance

OS Name/Version: ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS

Product Name/Version: AMP 2.4.3.0

Problem Description:
i am a noob in need some help, my minecraft instance wont launch, when i go to logs its says “No valid AMP licence was found. Please open a shell as the ‘amp’ user and run ampinstmgr reactivate Minecraft02 to reactivate this instance”. sorry if this is all over the place im still learning english

Actions taken to resolve so far:
in the terminal i type
@kserver:~$ ampinstmgr reactivate Minecraft02

when i input mi licence key and hit enter i jus says 'Error no such instance matching name Minecraft02

You need to switch over to the amp user first - sudo su -l amp

If this is still an issue, go to Configuration->New Instance Defaults to add your key again then click the “Reactivate All” button. This will restart all your instances, just a heads up.
