Can't find my username and password to connect to the Game Panel + port issue

I had a subscription to Hostinger to host a minecraft server and I recently switched to AMP by buying a license (to host the same server). But now I can’t connect to the Game Panel to manage my server because I wasn’t given a username and a password to access it. I tried to reset my login details but it didn’t work. I also have this error (I modified the IP but it shows the right one) :

Server Unreachable

Login server unreachable. Check logs for more information. AMP tried to login to auth server at http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080/ but it could not be reached. To adjust this by searching for “Auth Server URL” in the top right. This URL should reflect the address of your primary AMP installation.. The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing. - The operation was canceled.

But my server should now be found on the port 8081.

I don’t have any technical skills about this so I don’t know how to solve the issue.

Similar problem, trying to reset my password but its asking for a instance name which i dont know, and a username and password… of which everything i’ve tried is incorrect. Unsure how to even change my password when i know nothing
