Problem Description:.
I’m not technical. We have this server for my son. He was playing Minecraft. Upgrade was required. We cannot start his instance again.

What do I need to do to solve this issue?
Thank you,

If you're sharing console output, logs, or commands you have run, please make sure to use code tags
(3x backticks for blocks, 1x backtick for a single line) to help make posts readable. This also
provides syntax highlighting.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Step 1
  • Step 2
  • Step 3

Actions taken to resolve so far:

Right click the instance and view the logs for it. It will tell you why it is failing to start.

If it happens to tell you that you need to reactivate the instance, you’ll need to contact Hostinger to have them do so.
