Problem Description: unable to login through management panel

Step 1 download amp
Step 2 run instillation wizard
Step 3 automatically open management panel
Actions taken to resolve so far: several re-installs

I have had the same issue. I have reset my username and password to the same and different things multiple times and I am still unable to login. I went through the steps in the following links to change my login information.
I have no idea what this linked me to. I have a hosting service with Hostinger. I can’t log into the server page to restart the server. I just clicked to reset my PW. I don’t have AMP. (edit: I went through their main site and got past this login. I’ll just leave them a note that it brings people here)
