amp instance manager 2.3.1.2

Problem Description: unable to login through management panel

Steps to reproduce:

  • Step 1 download amp
  • Step 2 run instillation wizard
  • Step 3 automatically open management panel

Actions taken to resolve so far: several re-installs
instillation onto a different pc
attempt at password reset

You need to be more specific. Are you able to actually reach the panel, but it refuses your login?

I am having the very same issue on windows 10 pro

Reset the password on the command line using ampinstmgr resetlogin and make sure to use a plain password, letters and numbers only.

what value are we meant to put for the instance name?

If it asks you, generally it’s “ADS01”.

I have had the same issue. I have reset my username and password to the same and different things multiple times and I am still unable to login. I went through the steps in the following links to change my login information.
