Cannot link my discord account, cannot get support for advanced edition license

Problem Description:
I cannot link the Discord account and get Priority support. When I try linking the discord I get the infinite animation when authorising the discord.

Logs from the browser
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error. For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the <serviceDebug> configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Step Log in and click “Link discord account” button
  • Step 2 Continue to discord and click Autorise
  • Step 3 Return to cubecoders web page and notice infinite loading animation

Actions taken to resolve so far:
tried different browser
tried incognito mode

You may actually find it did the link, but we’re looking into this.

Mike thanks for answering. I can see the priority-support channel but cannot write to it. I can see the following message “A tag is required to create a post in this channel.” My discord is alexandr.potapenko if it can be solved manually, I will appreciate the help. Thank you.

You have to tag the post. This is something you do when making the post using the tag button in the bottom left.
