Cannot access web browser

Problem Description: Cannot reset password nor access web browser.

Steps to reproduce:

• ampinstmgr resetlogin ADS01
• select all the pop ups
• `[Warning] Failed to register job process

Actions taken to resolve so far: Repair and reinstalling.

AMP isn’t running. For Windows just open the instance manager app from the start menu and it’ll start up again

I have somewhat solved my problem but found a new one, the app to assist with installing AMP never showed up so I have no instance or account and the powershell command for installation also doesn’t work. How would one fix this?

I don’t quite follow, what do you mean by the app never showed up?

It never popped up at the end of installing everything. Luckily I found out that it created an instance on its own, I deleted and I have now solved the problem. Cheers!
