Ich habe nach dem Update gar keinen zugriff mehr auf den Manager neu Installation nutzt auch nichts ich bekomme nur diese Fehlermeldung :
Es konnte keine Verbindung zu Ihrer AMP-Instanz hergestellt werden. Dies bedeutet wahrscheinlich, dass sie nicht ausgeführt wird oder aus anderen Gründen nicht reagiert.
Nach 10 Sekunden wird automatisch versucht, die Verbindung wiederherzustellen.
Wenn Sie Ihre Ersteinrichtung durchführen und diese Seite länger als eine Minute sehen, ist möglicherweise bei der Ersteinrichtung ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte wenden Sie sich in diesem Fall an den Support.
Sie können AMP manuell neu starten, wenn es gestoppt wurde, indem Sie eine Eingabeaufforderung öffnen und Folgendes ausführen:
ampinstmgr startall
Wenn AMP kürzlich aktualisiert wurde, kann es erforderlich sein, den AMP-ADS01-Dienst über das Dienste-Kontrollfeld (services.msc) neu zu starten.
After the update I no longer have access to the manager. The new installation doesn’t work and I just get this error message:
Unable to connect to your AMP instance. This probably means that it is not running or is not responding for other reasons.
After 10 seconds it will automatically try to reconnect.
If you are doing your initial setup and see this page for more than a minute, there may have been an error during the initial setup. In this case, please contact support.
You can manually restart AMP if it is stopped,
by opening a command prompt and running:
ampinstmgr startall
If AMP was recently updated, it may be necessary to restart the AMP-ADS01 service from the Services Control Panel (services.msc).
