Unable to backup anything from controller
Problem Description
Issue
Since updating to Phobos v2.6.0.4 i’ve been unable to backup anything from my controller across all targets.
When checking AMPLOGS there is nothing recorded, no mention of the backup attempt.
Reproduction Steps
- start a manual backup
- Observe the notification “Building file list…”
- Nothing happens, nothing shows up in the AMPLog
ADDED 17/11/24
To expand on this, I’ve spun up a brand new controller and attempted to migrate the targets to it with the following error;
“You do not have permission to use this method (ADSModule.AttachADS) at this time. This method requires the Session.Exists permission.”
I’m at a loss of what to do next, any assistance would be great - I’m running all instances without backups at the moment as scheduled backups are also failing.
When looking at the admin user of the brand new controller to view the user permissions i get the following;
“Permission data unavailable.
There is no single-user role matching this users ID. If you have upgraded from a previous version of AMP you will need to re-create this user.”
