I noticed that there’s a backup service with AMP. However, it looks like the only options available are local (On the machine with AMP installed) or cloud (Amazon S3 storage).
Is there a way for me to configure it to use my NAS, openmediavault?

I came to ask the same thing. I’m surprised S3 was added before local network share support. I hate taking manual backups if I don’t want backups trapped on the host machine. I tried setting up the share in the host OS ubuntu, but it gave me some error about not being persistent storage, when I tried to use the directory in AMP
You can use either an NFS share or an ISCSI volume by mounting it and setting it as the backup storage path.
