Problem Description:
Server not showing up in list, ports forwarded, errors in console about steam server api failed to initialize. Otherwise it appears to start up the server as far a i can tell. AMP does show Steam Query Port 27016 udp not listening. (it is fowarded.)

- Step 1 start instance.
- Step 2 none.
Actions taken to resolve so far:
open ports , Even tried DMZ.
