Task
Try to set the difficulties server-side.
Problem Description
Issue
For an ArmA 3 Liberation mission, we face the issue that we’d like to adjust the server difficulty in the following path: /A3Master/home/AMPServer within the file AMPServer.vars.Arma3Profile. However, the entire file is encrypted and therefore inaccessible for modifying the CustomDifficulty.
Is there another location, specifically for Linux or AMP, where these settings need to be changed? We already have a customDifficulty.sqf file in the main directory, but it doesn’t seem to work.
Reproduction Steps
- Navigated to the path /A3Master/home/AMPServer on the server.
- Attempted to edit the AMPServer.vars.Arma3Profile file to adjust server difficulty.
- Discovered that the file is encrypted and inaccessible for changes.
- Tried using the customDifficulty.sqf file in the main directory, but it had no effect.
