OS Name/Version:
Windows 10 Pro, v22H2
Problem Description:
ARMA 3 vanilla server not showing on server manager or steam interface for external users, only for LAN users. (LAN User can join and play without any issue, external users can see server information. e.g Scenario and IP).
-
If you try to join with direct connection nothing happens.
-
If you try to join with steam interface by right clicking on a Steam friend (which is a LAN user) you get App ID specified by server is invalid error.
Instance console logs:

Setting breakpad minidump AppID = 107410
SteamInternal_SetMinidumpSteamID: Caching Steam ID: 76561197960265728 [API loaded no]
Steps to reproduce:
- Create an instance for ArmA 3
- Portforwarding on default ArmA 3 ports for the router and firewall permissions.
- Update the instance and also setting and updating the server branch to Public (default) on SteamCMD and Updates.
- Change server name to a custom one (SR-SF Unidad Milsim Latina).
Actions taken to resolve so far:
- VM reinstalled.
- Binding Ipv4 to 0.0.0.0
- Instance reinstalled.
- Router Portfowarding and Firewall permissions checks.
- Enable/Disable the UPnP port mappings on Arma Server Settings.
- Usage of Command Prompt:
ampinstmgr dumpfirewall
ampinstmgr updatefirewall
Just to add, we created ArmA 3 servers like this before without any issue. Also we have two other instances on Minecraft and Project Zomboid and they work well.
