Problem Description:
I created an instance for the game Ark: Survival Ascended.
I configured the instance with the following ports.
- Game port: 7804
- Http server port: 9876
- Rcon port: 25584
All requested ports are open.
All prerequisites are present.
It is a Public IP from a dedicated server in France which is configured for the Web and Games.
The problem I’m having is I can’t see my server in the list of unofficial servers in the game.
But I can join the games server with the console in the games.
This is proof that the server exists.
Procedure to carry out:
I recreated the instance.
I tested different game ports.
I tested With and Without passwords.
I tested with different server names.
I tested if I had problems with other instances configured for other different games and on the different games I see the game servers.
But on Ark: Survival ascended I can’t display the server in the unofficial list.
Can you give me the solution so that I can see my game server in the list of unofficial servers.
