Ark servers stopped showing up in game

OS Name/Version: Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS

Product Name/Version: AMP 2.6.2.8 - 20250911.4

Problem Description:

AMP has cluster of ARK Ascended servers on, running for good amount of time until last night, all servers no longer display in in-game server list, however if I create a new one I can see it.

All AMP instances were updated to 2.6.2.8 - 20250911.4, and games were updated to ARK v72.3 (server) then ARK clients updated to v72.1.

On restarting the instances they became invisible, also can not connect via the “open” command in ARK’s console.

If you're sharing console output, logs, or commands you have run, please make sure to use code tags
(3x backticks for blocks, 1x backtick for a single line) to help make posts readable. This also
provides syntax highlighting.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Update amp instances for ark
  • Update ark files to 72.3
  • Restart

Actions taken to resolve so far:

AMP instances restarted
Port forwarding checked
Ports changed to test (now reverted)
Created new Ark instances Working
Refreshed all licences via Ubuntu terminal
Shut down router and restarted
Shut down hardware and restarted

Did you check the firewall rules on the host?

In the end I rebuild the whole cluster and imported the save files across.
