Problem Description: I have two Ark: Survival Evolved servers on the same system. They have the same mods and configuration settings. I have them both outside a docker container with the same cluster settings. When logging into either of them the other does not show in the server list.

Log in, try to transfer to another
server does not show in transfer list
Actions taken to resolve so far: Restart each server, restart amp, uninstall and reinstall everything
