I am trying to create new users and have them change their provided password upon login

Problem Description

Issue

I am trying to create new users and have them change the password that I’ve provided as it’s temporary, when users go to change the password they receive the error:
Password Change Failed
No such user

Reproduction Steps

  • Create New User
  • Create New password for user
  • Checkmark “Require Password Change”
  • Have user change password
  • Recieve error
