Problem Description

Issue

Error message displayed: ‘Login failed - Invalid username or password. OIDC authentication is not available - no license present that permits this feature.’ However, we do have valid SSO licenses. The system shows a license conflict. Can you help us understand why the OIDC authentication is blocked despite having the proper licenses?
