Task

Restore a backup of my Minecraft Server

Problem Description

Issue

I logged into my server this morning to find it had been rolled back. I stopped the server and selected a backup from 6/29 to revert to. I started the server again, and found that nothing had changed. I then tried one from 6/28, which also did not work. I don’t know if something is wrong with the system, or if I am using it incorrectly. Any help would be appreciated.

Reproduction Steps

  • Enter game, progress was reverted
  • Tried to restore backup, which failed to change anything
  • Tried to restore different backup, which also failed

This is not Hostinger support, this is the forum for AMP.
If you think there’s some weird hardware problem, contact Hostinger.
It wouldn’t be anything to do with AMP, so I’d suggest looking through the logs to see what could be going wrong.

Strange. The Hostinger ticket system directed me here. Thanks anyway

Yeah, they still haven’t set their support URL properly in their settings
