Task

Restore server to a point where character game files are back.

Problem Description

Issue

I am really disappointed in the service that I received, the server has crashed multiple times and losing all of my progress after days grinding has me fuming. I don’t know if restoring the server on your guys’ end will do anything but it will be worth a try.

Reproduction Steps

  • Restarted the server, updated and tried to log in.
  • Checked audiot log for any crashes and nothing showed up
  • Restarted server, tried to back up and nothing changed.

Sounds like you’re in the wrong place. We don’t run your servers. If you’re renting a server from a provider like Hostinger then you need to get in touch with them.

If you’ve scheduled automatic backups in AMP (which it reminds you to for new instances) then you can restore a backup. If the game server itself crashes that’s probably not the fault of the host. Some are just buggy, and so it’s important that you configure backups.
