Hello,

I recently have bought a Minecraft server from you, which I thought was enough for my needs. However, since my server always crashes and is extremely laggy when me and my friends try to play on it, I would like to refund it. I have seen that you have a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which I would like to make use of. Even after upgrading to the better plan, the server is still basically unusable as a Minecraft server for me and my friends. This is extremely frustrating since I have expected better performance, which is why I want to refund the money. I haven’t yet found a way to refund myself, which is why I am writing this ticket.

  • buy a server
  • notice that it keeps crashing
  • upgrade to the better plan
  • noticing it’s still not good enough

You’ve sent this to the wrong place. We don’t sell servers, we provider the management software your host is using. You need to talk to your hosting provider.

I’d suggest regardless however that you work with their support to establish why your game servers are crashing to rule out poorly behaving mods or user error.
