Sounds like you’re talking about Hostinger?
That isn’t us, you’ll need to go to Hostinger’s site and talk to their support.

Ok thanks, my minecraft server panel kept sending me here under support tab saying create a ticket so i believe they may have to fix that if its sending it to wrong support. I dont know. But ill close ticket my apologies
