Problem Description
Issue
I want to duplicate an instance, but it isn’t working despite having a Pro license key; the following error is displayed: “Instance cloning requires a Professional licence or above. If you already own this licence type, run ‘ampinstmgr reactivate ads01’ from Command Prompt (Windows) or Shell (Linux).”
Reproduction Steps
- Reactivate all instances using the Pro license key.
- Pressed “Duplicate Instance”
- followed the error message
