Task

Trying to create a new instance

Problem Description

Issue

I switched regions on my VPS / AMP from France to Germany and it has been automatically updated to version 2.6 (before was 2.5.0.4 i think) and i have to enter a license key to create a new instance but i dont know what my license key is. Ive already searched my emails and tried contacting Hostinger support without much success of finding it.

  • Tried asking Hostinger Support
  • Looking on the CubeCoders Website for help

You’ll need to ask Hostinger’s support (not their AI) to reactivate your VPS, as they are the only ones with the licence key

I have already asked Hostinger but couldnt get much help from them

Sorry, there’s really nothing we can do here, we can help with panel/config related issues, but licence/network issues are out of our hands. You might be better off sending them a support request via email.
