Just install the AMP in Windows 11.
I believe this is related to my own system, and it might be some permission issue.
You are likely missing dependencies. Install the MS C++ Redist 2015-2022 and also the DirectX End User Runtime
Well, I should say not really possible, I have done full installation on it before and after your reply, and all of C++ Redist and DirectX are installed without any error codes. BTW, the game itself could start as well as from steam windows version-dedicated sercer. SO it is really annoying of what problem was it.

Included, but not limited to, I have all directX installed; some paid tools provide all missing dlls/directX/other necessities components all in one; I have used it as well as downloaded online with all direct that I found.
BTW, I tried all dedicated servers directly running on SteamCMD or Steam; they all work fine and can be connected; just can not managed through AMP. Just wondering any suggestions on how to solve the issue.

Take a screenshot of your installed C++ redistributables?
DirectX runtimes? Try grabbing those too.
